Diplomdarba “Pasaku izmantošanas iespējas 4 – 5 gadus vecu bērnu uzvedības uzlabošanai” mērķis ir izpētīt pasaku izmantošanas iespējas 4 – 5 gadus vecu bērnu uzvedības problēmu mazināšanā. Darba teorētiskā daļa satur informāciju par pētījuma problemātiku, empīriskā daļa atspoguļo sākotnējo uzvedības problēmu biežumu grupā X un pasaku ietekmi uz bērniem, atklājot pasaku izmantošanas iespējas. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir: analizēt teorētisko literatūru par pētījuma problemātiku; analizēt bērnu literatūru un radīt pasakas, kas atstātu pozitīvu iespaidu uz bērnu uzvedību; veikt empīrisku pētījumu par pasaku izmantošanas iespējām 4 – 5 gadus vecu bērnu uzvedības problēmu mazināšanā. Classroom Management and Loss of Time at the Lesson Start: A Preliminary Study

<p style="text-align:justify">Lesson starts are transitional events which may cause management problems for teachers. In this study 131 lesson starts of equally many teachers were observed in primary and secondary schools in Finland. The results indicated that, in general, the problems were minimal. However, for various reasons lesson starts were delayed by an average of about six minutes. Calculated on this basis, the total loss of instructional time in the whole school year was about five weeks of schooling. Longitudinal associations between adolescent behaviour problems and perceived family relationships

AbstractThe goal of the present study was to examine the longitudinal associations between perceived family relationships and adolescents’ externalizing/ internalizing problems. The study sample included 366 pupils from secondary schools in Latvia, 12-14 years of age, who completed self-report questionnaires. Data were collected in two assessments 1 year apart. The results indicate that elevations in adolescent problem behavior prospectively predicted subsequent decreases in perceived family cohesion and increases in family conflict.
